Department of Defense Supplemental Appropriation Authorization Act - =Title I: Procurement= - Enumerates authorized appropriations during fiscal year 1974 for the use of the Armed Forces of the United States for procurement of aircraft, missiles, naval vessels, tracked combat vehicles, and other weapons authorized by law.
=Title II: Research, Development, Test and Evaluation= - Enumerates authorized appropriations for the fiscal year 1974 for the use of the Armed Forces of the United States for research, development, test and evaluation.
=Title III: Military Construction= - Authorizes the appropriation of not in excess of $3,866,000 during the fiscal year 1974 for maintenance of real property in support of military family housing.
=Title IV: General Provisions= - Provides that no volunteer for enlistment into the Armed Forces shall be denied enlistment solely because of his not having a high school diploma.
