Revises the Arms Control and Disarmament Act by authorizing the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency to procure the services of consultants at rates of pay prescribed by law for the executive branch of the Government.
Authorizes the appropriation of $10,100,000 for fiscal year 1975 to carry out the purposes and fund the operations of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
