Requires licensed undertakers in the District of Columbia to furnish financial statements when funeral arrangements are made and prior to payment, therefor.
Specifies the elements to comprise such financial statement.
Provides that any undertaker found in violation of this Act shall be fined not more than $300, and, in addition, may have his undertaker's license suspended or revoked.
