Expands the meaning of "subdivision," under the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 to include land "in any State or in a foreign country."
Extends the revocation period, relating to qualified land contracts, of 48 hours as provided in the Act to 72 hours.
Adds industrially and commercially zoned property to the list of property exempt from the Act when enumerated conditions are met.
