Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide financial assistance in the form of grants to the States for the establishment and maintenance of State veterans cemeteries.
Defines the terms used in this Act.
Sets forth procedures for the application requirements to be met by the States under this Act.
Limits grants under this Act to 75 percent of the cost of the cemetery for which the grant is made.
Authorizes the apporpriation of such sums as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
