Everglades Kite Conservation Act - Declares the purpose of this Act is to increase the capability of the Department of Interior in dealing with the preservation of the Everglades Kite.
Authorizes the Secretary of Interior to identify and develop, within the system of national wildlife refuges, those areas providing suitable habitat for the Everglades Kite.
Authorizes sums to be appropriated for purposes of this Act.
