Provides for the printing, with an illustration as a Senate document, the prayers by the Reverend Edward L. R. Elson, S.T.D., the Chaplain of the Senate, at the opening of the daily sessions of the Senate during the Ninety-second Congress, together with any other prayers offered by him during that period in his official capacity as Chaplain of the Senate.
Directs that there be printed two thousand additional copies of such document.
