S.Con.Res.69 - Resolves by the Senate, that it is the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Agriculture should each conduct an immediate and thorough investigation to determine whether (1) foreign currencies generated from the sale of agricultural commodities under the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, and (2) agricultural commodities intended for use under such Act have been or are being utilized in violation of that or any other Act.93rd Congress (1973-1974)
