Provides that, notwithstanding the provisions of Senate Resolution 60, 93d Congress agreed to February 7, 1973, or any rule of the Senate, the Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities, established pursuant to such resolution, shall not conduct any hearings or receive any testimony or evidence, on or after the date this resolution is agreed to by the Senate, except in executive session of the committee or any subcommittee of the committee.
