Veterans and Survivors Pension Interim Adjustment Act - =Title I: Interim Adjustments In Current Statutory Pension Provisions= - Provides an average 8 percent increase in the pension rates and $300 increase in the maximum annual income limitation for eligible veterans and their surviving spouses, and eligible children where there is no surviving spouse.
Increases by 8 percent the additional monthly aid and attendance allowance for a widow of a veteran.
=Title II: Interim Adjustments In Current Statutory Provisions Relating to Dependency and Indemnity Compensation for Parents= - Increases the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation and the annual income limitation for sole surviving parents of veterans for the period January 1, 1976 to September 30, 1976, transition period. Increases the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation and the annual income limitation for two parents not living together. Increases the aid and attendance allowance for parents.
