Provides a 50-percent across-the-board increase in benefits under the Federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance program of the Social Security Act with the resulting benefit costs to be borne equally by employers, employees, and the Federal Government. Raises the amount of outside earnings which a beneficary may have without suffering deductions from his benefits from $175 to $250 per month.
