Directs the Administrator of the Veterans' Administration to establish a national cemetery at March Air Force Base, California. Requires the Secretary of the Air Force to transfer to the Administrator 680 acres of land for such purpose and to make an additional 562 acres available for expansion of such cemetery.
Directs the Administrator to establish within the National Cemetery System a national cemetery at Otis Air Force Base, Massachusetts, on 750 acres transferred to the Administrator by the State of Massachusetts.
Authorizes the appropriation of $4,300,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.
