States that for the purpose of hiring senior citizen interns, each Member of the House of Representatives shall have available annually a gross allowances of $600.
Requires that each intern be 60 years of age or older.
Authorizes each Member of the House of Representatives to hire for two weeks each year, between May 1 and May 31, two senior citizen interns who will serve as such within the District of Columbia.
