Extends the authorization for the American Revolution Bicentennial Administration through 1989.
Requires an annual report on the activities of the Administration, including an accounting of funds received and expended, to be furnished to the Congress. Requires a final report not later than December 31, 1989. Terminates the Administration on December 31, 1989, or on the date of the filing of the final report, whichever is sooner.
