Judicial Salary Act - Removes the review of the rates of pay of Federal judges from the purview of the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries.
Provides for automatic adjustments of the salaries of Federal judges commensurate with adjustments to the General Schedule of pay for Federal employees.
Increases the salary of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to $74,500 annually; and the salaries of the associate justices to $72,000 annually.
Increases the salaries of other Federal judges as set forth in this Act.
