States the disagreement and disapproval of the Senate to the amendments to the pricing and allocations regulations promulgated under the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act proposed by the President for the purpose of decontrolling old domestic crude oil over a 30-month period and establishing a ceiling price for all uncontrolled domestic crude oil.
