Expresses the sense of the Senate that the U.S. Government should ask all parties signatory to the Paris Agreement and to the Lao protocols to abide by their provisions.
Directs the President and the Secretary of State to continue to take the necessary steps, including new negotiations as may be deemed necessary, to obtain an honorable determination of the fate of all United States servicemen and civilians missing in Southeast Asia.
