=Title II: Naming of Certain Veterans' Administration Hospitals= - Designates the Veterans' Administration hospital in Tampa, Florida, as the "James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital.
Designates the Veterans' Administration hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts, as the "Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans' Hospital.
Designates the Veterans' Administration hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, as the "William Jennings Bryan Dorn Veterans' Hospital.
Provides that this title shall be effective on the date of enactment of this Act.
