Volunteer Ambulance, First Aid, and Rescue Squad Personnel Benefits Act - Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to extend public safety officer death benefits to members of volunteer ambulance, first aid, or rescue squads.
Makes coverage under the Public Safety Officers Benefits Act retroactive so as to apply to death occurring after 1971.
