Requires the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to conduct a study of the effects of saccharin within one year from the enactment of this resolution.
Directs the Secretary to submit a report on the findings of such study to the President and Congress.
Prohibits the banning of saccharin until such report has been submitted to the President and Congress.
