Expresses the condemnation of the Senate of the kidnapping of Aldo Moro.

Declares it the sense of the Senate that (1) Italy deserves the support of the United States, and (2) the President should instruct the Permanent Representative to the United Nations to press for consideration of solutions to the problem of terrorism in all appropriate forums.
