Establishes the Claude Pepper Senior Citizen Congressional Intern program which authorizes each Member of Congress to hire each year one senior citizen intern to serve within the District of Columbia for one of two two-week periods.

Specifies that such intern shall be compensated at a rate not to exceed $300 per week.
