Authorizes expenditures, not to exceed $300,000, by the House Select Committee on the Outer Continental Shelf for special investigations and studies.
Prohibits any part of such funds from being used for expenditure in connection with the investigation of any subject being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee (except other investigations in conformance with H. Res. 53).
Terminates the funds authorized by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
