Wholesale Electric Rate Fairness Act - Amends the Federal Power Act to authorize the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to delegate to any Commissioner or Commission employee its authority to suspend the operation of a rate schedule with respect to electric energy.
Permits the Commission to waive the requirement that a person aggrieved by an order issued by the Commission apply for a rehearing before a proceeding to review such order can be brought. Authorizes the Commission to promulgate rules and adopt policies and procedures with respect to such rehearings.
