Innovative Farming Act of 1982 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a program of volunteer-experts to provide advice and information on organic agriculture to family farmers and other producers.
Directs the Secretary to establish six regional organic farming pilot projects.
Sets forth the Secretary's duties with regard to organic farming.
Requires the Secretary to report annually to the Congress.
Amends the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 to authorize appropriations for research under this Act.
