Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to provide scholarships of up to $6,000 per school year to medical students who agree to practice for a specified length of time at a Veterans Administration (VA) facility upon completion of their professional training. Provides the United States with a right to recover expenses against an individual who fails to meet such VA service condition.
Provides that certain qualified veterans and dependents of veterans shall have priority with regard to such scholarships.
