Releases any Federal reversionary interest in specified real property and authorizes Douglas County, Nevada, to transfer such property to any private person.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to cooperate with state regulatory or enforcement officials to enforce State resource protection laws. Authorizes such cooperation to include reimbursement of State expenditures for resources protection and administration.
Directs the Secretary of Energy to enter into an agreement regarding the Eklutna Lake, Alaska, hydropower project in accordance with a certain Federal law which permits the diversion of Eklutna Lake waters for public water supply purposes if compensation is made for reduced electric energy production.
