Older Americans Act Amendments of 1986 - Amends the Older Americans Act of 1965 to increase to 56.76 cents the level of assistance per meal under the surplus commodities program. Maintains such reimbursement level, without adjustment, through FY 1987. Authorizes appropriations, for FY 1985, to provide for a meal reimbursement level of 56.76 cents. Authorizes appropriations, for FY 1986 and 1987, for the surplus commodities program.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Health and Human Services to inform State and area agencies on aging and providers of nutrition services under the Act of the existence of any Federal commodity processing program in which such agencies and providers may be eligible to participate and the procedures to participate in such programs.
