Older Workers' Employment Protection Act of 1985 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code to require pension plans to allow: (1) participation by employees nearing normal retirement age; and (2) benefit accrual by participants to continue past normal retirement age.
Amends the Age Disgrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to extend its application to employees who have attained age 70.
