Amends Federal veterans' provisions to specify certain benefits related to specially adapted housing, automobiles, and adaptive equipment for disabled veterans, and certain other benefits for veterans with service-connected disabilities as programs which are to be exempt from any reduction order issued by the President under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act).
Provides that certain veterans' insurance funds and other veterans' revolving funds which are subject to reduction under such Act shall be determined in accordance with the sequestration order in effect on the date such benefits are accrued.
