Coast Guard Drug Interdiction Enhancement Act of 1986 - Authorizes appropriations to the Coast Guard for the acquisition of secure radio equipment.
Increases by 1,500 the strength level of active-duty military personnel of the Coast Guard for FY 1987. Authorizes additional appropriations for the Coast Guard for FY 1987 for operation and maintenance expenses related to such additional personnel.
