Department of Defense Narcotics Enforcement Assistance Act of 1986 - Authorizes appropriations to the Department of Defense for FY 1987 for enhancement of drug enforcement assistance activities for: (1) procurement; (2) operation and maintenance; and (3) intelligence collection activities.
Directs the Secretary of Defense to make available to the U.S. Customs Service certain aircraft authorized to be purchased under this Act.
Requires the transfer of a specified sum authorized to be appropriated under the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1986 to the Secretary of Transportation to be used for members of the Coast Guard assigned to drug interdiction assistance activities under such Act.
