                        HONORING ZACHARY FISHER

  Ms. COLLINS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.J. Res. 26.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the joint resolution by 
title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 46) conferring status as an 
     honorary veteran of the United States Armed Forces on Zachary 
     Fisher.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the joint 
resolution.
  Ms. COLLINS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the joint 
resolution be considered read a third time and passed, the motion to 
reconsider be laid upon the table, and that any statements relating to 
the bill be printed in the Record.
