Clerk for printing, and bills referred as follows:

       Mr. BLILEY: Committee on Commerce. H.R. 1070. A bill to 
     amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide medical 
     assistance for certain women screened and found to have 
     breast or cervical cancer under a federally funded screening 
     program; with an amendment; referred to the Committee on Ways 
     and Means for a period ending not later than February 29, 
     2000, for consideration of such provisions of the bill and 
     amendment as fall within the jurisdiction of that committee 
     pursuant to clause 1(s), rule X (Rept. 106-486, Pt. 1).
