             Massachusetts, Mrs. Morella, Mr. Traficant, Mr. 
             McCrery, Mr. Abercrombie, Ms. Ros-Lehtinen, Ms. 
             Berkley, Mr. Capuano, Mr. Delahunt, Mrs. Maloney of 
             New York, Mr. Rahall, Ms. Schakowsky, Mr. Udall of 
             Colorado, and Mr. Weiner):
       H.R. 3514. A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to 
     provide for a system of sanctuaries for chimpanzees that have 
     been designated as being no longer needed in research 
     conducted or supported by the Public Health Service, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Commerce.
           By Mr. KINGSTON:
       H.R. 3515. A bill to direct the Administrator of General 
     Service to convey certain real property to the United States 
     Postal Service, and for other purposes; referred to the 
     Committee on Government Reform, and in addition to the 
     Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period 
     to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
     for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Mr. SANFORD:
       H.R. 3516. A bill to amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery 
     Conservation and Management Act to prohibit pelagic longline 
     fishing in the exclusive economic zone in the Atlantic Ocean; 
     to the Committee on Resources.
           By Mr. SUNUNU:
       H.R. 3517. A bill to amend the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997 
     to provide for consistent treatment of survivor benefits for 
     public safety officers killed in the line of duty; to the 
     Committee on Ways and Means.
