               ENROLLED BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTION SIGNED

  Mr. THOMAS, from the Committee on House Administration, reported that 
that committee has examined and found truly enrolled bills and a joint 
resolution of the House of the following titles, which were thereupon 
signed by the Speaker:

       H.R. 1653. An act to complete the orderly withdrawal of the 
     NOAA from the civil administration of the Pribilof Islands, 
     Alaska, and to assist in the conservation of coral reefs, and 
     for other purposes.
       H.R. 4577. An act making consolidated appropriations for 
     the fiscal year ending September 30, 2001, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.R. 4942. An act making appropriations for the government 
     of the District of Columbia and other activities chargeable 
     in whole or in part against the revenues of said District for 
     the fiscal year ending September 30, 2001, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.R. 5210. An act to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 200 South George Street in 
     York, Pennsylvania, as the ``George Atlee Goodling Post 
     Office Building''.
       H.R. 5528. An act to authorize the construction of a Wakpa 
     Sica Reconciliation Place in Fort Pierre, South Dakota, and 
     for other purposes.
       H.J. Res. 133. Joint resolution making further continuing 
     appropriations for the fiscal year 2001, and for other 
     purposes.
