Mr. Speaker, pursuant to House Concurrent Resolution 446, One Hundred Sixth Congress, and as the designee of the majority leader, I move that the House do now adjourn. The motion was agreed to. The SPEAKER pro tempore. In accordance with the provisions of House Concurrent Resolution 446, One Hundred Sixth Congress, the Chair declares the second session of the One Hundred Sixth Congress adjourned sine die. Thereupon (at 8 o'clock and 41 minutes p.m.) pursuant to House Concurrent Resolution 446, the House adjourned. ____________________
