  MAKING IN ORDER ON LEGISLATIVE DAY OF WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2002, 
              CONSIDERATION OF MOTION TO SUSPEND THE RULES

  Mr. GOSS. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that it be in order at 
any time on the legislative day of Wednesday, October 16, 2002, for the 
Speaker to entertain a motion that the House suspend the rules relating 
to S. 1533.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentleman from Florida?
  There was no objection.
