     establish wilderness areas, promote conservation, improve

     amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to ensure the use of 
     sound science in the implementation of that Act; with an

     establish terms and conditions for use of certain Federal 
     lands by outfitters and to facilitate public opportunities

     bill to establish new nonimmigrant classes for border

     bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to make it 
     illegal to operate a motor vehicle with a drug or alcohol in

     Resolution 585. Resolution providing for consideration of the 
     joint resolution (House Joint Resolution 123) making further

     6(a) of rule XIII with respect to consideration of certain
