SAM GRAVES of missouri in the house of representatives Wednesday, November 2, 2005 Mr. GRAVES. Mr. Speaker, I proudly pause to recognize two outstanding citizens of Missouri. Burl and Jurline Barker of Mount Vernon, MO celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 10, 2005. Mr. Speaker, I proudly ask you to join me in congratulating Mr. and Mrs. Barker. Burl and Jurline have set an outstanding example for all of us to follow. Their marriage of 60 years truly exemplifies the qualities of commitment and dedication. ____________________
