So (two-thirds having voted in favor thereof) the rules were
suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to protect
children and their parents from being coerced into administering a
controlled substance in order to attend school, and for other
purposes.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
