  Mr. WARNER. Mr. President, tomorrow, the Senate will resume 
consideration of the Defense authorization bill. Under the previous 
order, there will be 20 minutes of debate equally divided on the 
Collins and Lautenberg amendments, followed by a series of stacked

and Senators should make sure they adjust their schedules accordingly.
