  Mr. BAUCUS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H. Con. Res. 313, received 
from the House and at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent 
resolution by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 313) authorizing the 
     use of the rotunda of the Capitol for a ceremony to honor the 
     5 years of service and sacrifice of our troops and their 
     families in the war in Iraq and to remember those who are 
     serving our Nation in Afghanistan and throughout the world.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
concurrent resolution.
  Mr. BAUCUS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
concurrent resolution be agreed to and the motion to reconsider be laid 
upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 313) was agreed to.
