                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 4 of Rule XXII, memorials were presented and referred as 
follows:
       45. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the State 
     Legislature of Maine, relative to H.P. 1009 joint resolution 
     memorializing the United States Congress to amend the Federal 
     order system to ensure that Maine dairy farmers will receive 
     a sustainable price for their milk; to the Committee on 
     Agriculture.
       46. Also, a memorial of the State Legislature of Maine, 
     relative to H.P. 825, joint resolution memorializing the 
     President of the United States, the United States Congress 
     and the United States environmental protection agency to 
     support the waiver California needs to achieve greenhouse gas 
     reductions; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
       47. Also, a memorial of the State Legislature of Maine, 
     relative to a joint resolution memorializing the President of 
     the United States and the United States Congress to support 
     the recommendations of the commission to protect the lives 
     and health of members of the Maine National Guard; jointly to 
     the Committees on Armed Services, Veterans' Affairs, and 
     Energy and Commerce.
