REPORT ON RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 1315, CONSUMER 
   FINANCIAL PROTECTION SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2011

  Ms. FOXX, from the Committee on Rules, submitted a privileged report 
(Rept. No. 112-172) on the resolution (H. Res. 358) providing for 
consideration of the bill (H.R. 1315) to amend the Dodd-Frank Wall 
Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to strengthen the review 
authority of the Financial Stability Oversight Council of regulations 
issued by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, and for other 
purposes, which was referred to the House Calendar and ordered to be 
printed.
