  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. BACHUS: Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 2930. A 
     bill to amend the securities laws to provide for registration 
     exemptions for certain crowdfunded securities, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 112-262). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. BACHUS: Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 2940. A 
     bill to direct the Securities and Exchange Commission to 
     eliminate the prohibition against general solicitation as a 
     requirement for a certain exemption under Regulation D; with 
     an amendment (Rept. 112-263). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. HALL: Committee on Science, Space, and Technology. H.R. 
     2096. A bill to advance cybersecurity research, development, 
     and technical standards, and for other purposes; with an 
     amendment (Rept. 112-264). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
