                         DISCHARGED NOMINATIONS

  The Senate Committee on Foreign Relations was discharged from further 
consideration of the following nomination by voice vote and the 
nomination was confirmed:

       DAVID J. LANE, OF FLORIDA, FOR THE RANK OF AMBASSADOR 
     DURING HIS TENURE OF SERVICE AS U.S. REPRESENTATIVE TO THE 
     UNITED NATIONS AGENCIES FOR FOOD AND AGRICULTURE.

  The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions was 
discharged from further consideration of the following nominations by 
voice vote and the nominations were confirmed:

       PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE NOMINATIONS BEGINNING WITH JOSEPH R. 
     FONTANA AND ENDING WITH JOY A. MOBLEY, WHICH NOMINATIONS WERE 
     RECEIVED BY THE SENATE AND APPEARED IN THE CONGRESSIONAL 
     RECORD ON APRIL 26, 2012.
       PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE NOMINATIONS BEGINNING WITH MARY J. 
     CHOI AND ENDING WITH MEGHAN M. ZOMORODI, WHICH NOMINATIONS 
     WERE RECEIVED BY THE SENATE AND APPEARED IN THE CONGRESSIONAL 
     RECORD ON MAY 15, 2012.
