     bill to repeal a provision of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street 
     Reform and Consumer Protection Act prohibiting any Federal 
     bailout of swap dealers or participants; with amendments 
     (Rept. 112 476, Pt. 1). Ordered to be printed.
       Mr. BACHUS: Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 3283. A 
     bill to amend the Commodity Exchange Act and the Securities 
     Exchange Act of 1934 to provide an exemption for certain 
     swaps and security-based swaps involving Non-U.S. persons, 
     and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 112 477, Pt. 
     1). Ordered to be printed.
       Mr. SMITH of Texas: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 365. A 
     bill to encourage, enhance, and integrate Blue Alert plans 
     throughout the United States in order to disseminate 
     information when a law enforcement officer is seriously 
     injured or killed in the line of duty; with an amendment 
     (Rept. 112 478). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House 
     on the state of the Union.
       Mr. McKEON: Committee on Armed Services. H.R. 4310. A bill 
     to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2013 for military 
     activities of the Department of Defense, to prescribe 
     military personnel strengths for fiscal year 2013, and for 
     other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 112 479). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the 
     Union.
