  Ms. MOORE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today regarding my absence from the 
House for the first votes on the evening of May 22, 2013. During this 
time, I was unfortunately detained in traffic returning to Capitol Hill 
following an event in downtown DC. I would like to submit how I would 
have voted had I been in attendance for the following votes:
  Rollcall No. 169, on Agreeing to Amendment No. 1 (H.R. 3). I would 
have voted ``no.''
  Rollcall No. 170, on Agreeing to Amendment No. 2. I would have voted 
``yea.''
  Rollcall No. 171, on Agreeing to Amendment No. 3. I would have voted 
``yea.''
  Rollcall No. 172, on Agreeing to Amendment No. 4. I would have voted 
``yea.''
  Rollcall No. 173, on Agreeing to Amendment No. 5. I would have voted
