                            MORNING BUSINESS

  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Under the previous order, the 
Senate will be in a period of morning business until 10:30 a.m., with 
Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each, with the time 
equally divided between the two leaders or their designees.
